There are many working conditions with such requirements: to ensure the
distance below the set screw, the screw must be kept at a fixed distance from the
bottom. This screwdriver can do it effectively.

Center-hole design, tightening the set screws with nuts
application by Allen wrench and sockets.

When the screw is screwed into position:
Insert Allen wrench into set screw's hexagon
through the PX Torque Screwdriver, fix the
screw and keep it from moving.
Holding Allen wrench, socket fit with the nut,
rotate the PX Torque Screwdriver in clockwise to
tight the nuts, so that the set screw is fixed.
Note: In above sample, the Allen wrench and socket are optional.
